Electrical Engineer

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Bristol on a permanent basis . This role offers hybrid working , with 2-3 days per week in the office .

The successful candidate will bring their E lectrical / Instrumentation expertise to support projects in N uclear and other highly regulated industries . You will be responsible for technical supervision, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with key electrical design codes and standards.

• Apply electrical engineering expertise in nuclear projects and highly regulated environments.
• Work within RCC-E design codes and other relevant industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with NFC
  15-100, NF C 13-200, BS7671, and IEC 60909 .
• Provide technical supervision , including document approvals, mentoring junior engineers, and resolving technical queries.
• Engage with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver solutions in nuclear and safety-critical sectors.

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (other engineering backgrounds considered with relevant electrical experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering
• Experience on a nuclear project or within a highly regulated industry (, oil & gas, transport infrastructure)
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including project leadership or client interactions
