Clark Wood are currently working with a large regional practice who are looking for a Trust & Estates Senior in their Bristol office.

• Managing a portfolio of trusts and/or estates, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
• Preparing trust and estate accounts, income tax returns, inheritance tax forms and related calculations.
• Advising clients on trust wind‑up, income distributions and management of tax payments.
• Assisting senior colleagues with succession and estate planning projects.
• Identifying where internal procedures/systems could be more efficient, relaying this to more senior colleagues and assisting with implementing changes.
• Developing trust, estate and probate tax technical skills and keeping up to date through training courses, appropriate research, and identification of changes in legislation, HMRC policy and as a result of cases.

• ATT, AAT, CTA Student or Qualified.
