Are you ready to elevate your M&A tax career in a high-growth, fast-paced advisory team? Our client, a leading practice, is looking for a driven Tax Manager to join their team to help shape high-profile private equity and corporate transactions – from £5m to £1bn+.
They’re not your typical tax team. They provide end-to-end advisory across the deal lifecycle
, working on exciting domestic and cross-border transactions across industries like tech, healthcare, retail, and beyond.
- Lead tax due diligence and structuring projects on both buy- and sell-side
- Guide clients through commercial and tax challenges with clarity and confidence
- Collaborate closely with our FDD and SPA teams to deliver integrated deal advice
- Present key findings to clients and legal advisors, and manage external relationships
- Get involved in public company transactions and work across international deals
- Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development
- Play a hands-on role in business development and proposal writing
- ACA, CTA, CA or equivalent qualification
- Strong grounding in UK tax, ideally with M&A or corporate tax experience
- Client-focused with excellent project management skills
- Confident communicator with solid technical tax understanding
- Bonus points for exposure to share schemes, VAT, or fund structuring
