Direct Care Aide PRN

MUST COMPLETE DIRECT CARE AIDE CERTIFICATION OR HAVE PCA/DCA/CNA CERTIFICATE. $16.00 to $20.00 an hour! Pay is based on experience. Purpose of this position

The purpose of this position is to provide direct care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 40‑hour direct care training Certificate
• Must have or complete 1st Aide within first 60 days of employment

Assist residents with all activities of daily living. Conduct resident rounds as assigned. Complete all ADL’s accurately and timely. Identify resident problems and concerns and report them to the charge nurse.
