Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Childrens Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s looking to step back into the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to our BSW hubs to deliver training. We are looking for a full-time or 2 part-time members to join the team.

Job Responsibilities- Delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, Evacuation training.
- Delivery of other Quality & Safety training as needed: BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across Community Adult and Children Services.
- Travel to BSW hubs to deliver training sessions.
- Work part‑time or flexible as required.
