About

The Role

Housekeeping Attendants create order out of chaos. This role is physically demanding through the functions of lifting, reaching, bending, kneeling, etc. as you create “guest‑ready” spaces. Housekeeping Departments are the beating heart of our hotels. Although you may be outside of the guest's view, the bulk of their experience is in the comfort of the room you carefully cleaned and crafted.

Attention to detail while meeting cleaning time standards is a skillful balance that develops with training and practice. Housekeeping Attendants are a cohesive part of our Maintenance team, actively looking for items to bring to their attention for repair. Housekeeping Attendants are equally connected to our Front Desk team in ensuring stellar guest service via communicating room statuses and interactions that may involve the need for service recovery, along with remaining flexible with guest requests for late checkouts or extra amenities.
