In this role, you will build strong relationships with brokers and clients and drive sustainable growth through strategic underwriting.

• Underwrite and grow a profitable book of business
• Develop and maintain broker and client relationships
• Analyse risk exposure, ensuring competitive pricing and coverage
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes
• Contribute to process improvements and product development

• Strong commercial underwriting and risk assessment background
• Success in managing broker relationships and driving growth
• Knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements

• Strong technical underwriting and risk assessment skills
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities
• Commercial acumen to identify and seize business opportunities
