Pensions Lawyer | 3+ Years PQE | National Firm | Bristol

The Role

The role involves providing comprehensive pensions law advice across the full spectrum of UK pension schemes. You will assist clients with day-to-day benefit queries, member complaints, large-scale restructuring, and liability management projects.

In addition to delivering top-tier legal services, you will play an important role in the firm's growth by developing and maintaining client relationships, contributing to the firm's reputation, and proactively identifying opportunities to further expand the firm's market share. There is also the potential for those with an interest in management to take on leadership responsibilities within the team.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience:

    3+ years PQE, with a background in pensions law gained from working in an established pensions team.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Strong experience in drafting essential documentation for UK pension schemes and providing strategic guidance on all types of UK pension schemes.
  • Client Focus: A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships, with the ability to contribute to business development.
  • Leadership:
    Interest in managing teams or projects is a plus.
