Refuse Loader / Waste Operative – Join a Leading Bristol Recycling Team

• Structured hours :
  Monday to Friday, 07 : 00 – 15 : 30 with a 30-minute lunch break
• Permanent role potential :
  Possibility to go permanent after 12 weeks

• Develop valuable skills in environmental services and waste management
• Ongoing training and supportive management

• Collect recycling waste efficiently and safely from approximately 700 residential properties daily
• Operate and assist with waste collection vehicles, ensuring correct handling of materials
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude representing the company in the community
• Collaborate closely with your team to meet daily collection targets and ensure smooth operations
• Report any issues with collections or equipment promptly to supervisors

• Previous experience in refuse collection or similar roles is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work physically demanding shifts and thrive outdoors
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• A flexible, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
