This position is on‑site full time in Bristol, Rhode Island within a modern, climate‑controlled 60,000 sq. ft. facility.
NoteApplicants must have direct experience designing injection molds in Cimatron. Candidates without this specific background will not be considered.

Job Description- Design injection molds, fixtures, and tooling using Cimatron and Solid Works software
- Create 3D models, layouts, and detailed drawings for manufacturing and CNC machining
- Collaborate with engineers and tool room teams to optimize manufacturability and reduce secondary operations
- Generate bills of materials, order components, and oversee tooling projects from design to completion
- Apply design‑for‑assembly principles, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and ergonomic safety
- Maintain drawing controls and documentation in compliance with AS9100 standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in tooling and fixture design (injection molding experience required)
- Hands‑on experience designing injection molds in Cimatron
- Proficiency in Solid Works; FEA experience a plus
- Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and blueprint interpretation
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- High School diploma or GED required; vocational or trade school preferred
