Shift Manager

Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shift Managers may also: plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to ensure standards, monitor safety and security, communicate with the next Shift Manager, help departments meet goals, and meet targets.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Must be 18 or older. Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced environment.
