• Lead and coach crew members to ensure excellent guest service.
• Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and service efficiency.
• Manage team dynamics and organize staff through the shift.
• Support training of new crew members and assist with Serv Safe certification.
• Set clear goals and hold team members accountable during the shift.
• Handle guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and security policies.
• Manage profitability through labor and food cost controls.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager on training and operational directives.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• At least 18 years of age and fluent in English.
• Strong communication, math, and writing skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexible to work various shifts as required.
