Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols is searching for a new Sales Consultant to join its thriving Food Market located on our busy ground floor. Our culture is based on inclusivity;

• Provide expert advice on our Food market or wine shop products whilst achieving maximum sales, delivering memorable customer experiences
• Be devoted to our customers by providing them the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and via telephone or email
• Show we are obsessed with luxury food by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
• Handle all points of sales transactions and cashier work
• Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends.
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
• You will be required to work weekends and evenings
• We are looking for an individual who embraces diversity, loves a challenge and is passionate about luxury retail / hospitality and looking for something uniquely different.

• Do you have great knowledge and passion for the luxury food industry
• Are you great at talking to people?
• Do you have previous experience with Food, Wine Spirits and Cigars?
