Job Overview

As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and act as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and keep inventory levels while supporting seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally you may work with products from other companies in the stores you service.

Salary & Schedule

• Your starting pay will be $12.00–$13.00 depending on your skills and experience.
• This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 5–10 hours.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using a mobile device. Use technology for communication, reporting, feedback, and surveys. Interact professionally with store staff, management, and customers. Manage the entire Hallmark display.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays; may work on the holiday itself (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).
• Department resets: participate in installations, relocations, and reset tasks after advance notice.
• Team collaboration: support other merchandisers as needed.

Physical Requirements

Requires high energy and urgency. Push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and fixtures up to 30 pounds routinely, up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day; may need to climb stairs and ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation for assigned stores.
