The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hanging signage and assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering exceptional customer service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.

Your goal is to ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience that sets us apart from competitors. You may also be asked to perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Candidates must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; the ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between stores using personal vehicle required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and promotion of a safe work environment are essential.

• Ability to travel and lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, kneel, reach, climb, and operate store equipment safely.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to complete all required training.
