The role is ideally suited to an Associate level Building Surveyor who enjoys combining hands on project delivery with leadership and client engagement.

You will play a key role in shaping projects from inception through to delivery often leading schemes that draw on in house multidisciplinary expertise. Beyond project work this is a position with real influence contributing to client development financial forecasting and the continued growth of the team.

Responsibilities
 
Deliver a broad range of building surveying services with a strong focus on project work
Lead and coordinate projects often managing internal multidisciplinary design teams
Build manage and develop strong client relationships
Contribute to work winning business development and financial performance
Supervise manage and mentor junior members of the surveying team
Undertake technical reviews to ensure quality and consistency of service delivery
