Position: Assistant / Estimator

I’m working with a leading conservation and restoration specialist focused on historic buildings, listed structures and heritage assets across London and the South East. They combine modern construction techniques with traditional craft skills and employ specialist in-house trades covering stonework, façade conservation and historic fabric repairs.
They are widely recognised for delivering high-quality conservation works across complex heritage environments and have a strong pipeline of secured projects.

The Role
 
Pricing restoration, conservation and façade repair projects
Reviewing drawings, specs and heritage technical requirements
Producing detailed cost plans and tender submissions
Liaising with specialist suppliers and conservation teams
