AV Technician – Dulwich – £29,120 to £36,400 + 35 Hours per week + Holiday + Pension + Benefits

In this role, you will support the technical delivery of internal and external events across multiple presentation and performance spaces. You will play a key role in maintaining AV equipment, supporting live events and productions, assisting with live streaming, and working closely with colleagues to ensure all technical requirements are delivered to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled and proactive AV Technician with experience supporting live events and maintaining AV systems. You will be confident working independently and as part of a team, comfortable working varied hours including evenings and weekends, and physically able to handle and move equipment as required.

The Role:- Technical support for assemblies, performances, concerts, and events across multiple presentation spaces
- Operation and maintenance of audio, lighting, video, and live streaming equipment
- Support for internal productions and external hire events
- Filming and editing video content for events and promotional use
- Setup, operation, and de‑rig of AV equipment before, during, and after events
- Liaison with colleagues to support event planning and delivery
- Ensure AV spaces and equipment are maintained to a high standard
- Proven experience working as an AV Technician or in a similar live events environment
- Strong knowledge of audio, lighting, and video signal flow and AV systems
- Experience operating mixing desks, video equipment, and live streaming technology
- Confident supporting live events with multiple inputs and presenters
- Physically able to move and handle AV equipment and work at height
