We're now recruiting for a Receptionist to join us at Embassy Gardens!

What you should know

Ballymore is a family owned business, with over 40 years in establishment – we are remarked as an innovative and dynamic property developer citing over 80 awards. At present, we're managing 11,000 homes across 12 luxury residential developments in London and are in search of a Receptionist to join us at Embassy Gardens in contributing to our vision.

Hours:

10:00 – 21:00 / Days

Shift Pattern: 4 on - 4 off

Location:

SW11, Vauxhall

Contract:

40 hpw/permanent

What you'll do

* To provide a quality service to the residents with job tasks and individual requests dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.

* To check residents in to the facility using the booking system.

* To manage the bookings/reservations for the facilities on Level 10.

* To work with the Fitness Team and do hourly changing room checks.

* To always assist with the security of residents and the building, ensuring that the safety of all residents and visitors is maintained.

* To be responsible for the supply of towels/slippers/robes for the residents if requested via booking process.

* To cooperate with the Fitness Team in making sure the operations on Level 10 run smoothly and effectively.

* Responsible to co-ordinate with Darby’s staff regarding available seating options in the Orangery.

* To always answer the phone and to assist in addressing queries from resident/guests.

* Answer all residents/guests questions and concerns. Deal with complaints professionally and effectively, where necessary refer to the appropriate person.

* -Stock all laundry items and to manage the daily collection of dirty/clean laundry.

* To be the first point of contact with the residents and to meet and greet all residents/guests.

* Ensure you are always visible and available for residents/guests.

* Complete daily end of day cash payments.

* To do hourly walkarounds the facility to make sure areas are clean, tidy, and safe for residents/guests.

* At all times represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

* Maintain a clean and neat appearance. Correct uniform must be always worn.

* Ensure the smooth running of the communication systems within Level 10 i.e., telephone, radio, EG Life app and emails.

* Liaising with cleaning staff regarding cleanliness of Level 10 and its amenities.

* Report to the FM of any security / health and safety issues.

* Reporting to the FM of any incidents or complaints and keeping note of all of them.

* Reporting all issues to the FM.

* Keeping up to date with all SOP’s and making sure they are signed and acknowledged.

* Maintaining a good appearance in yourself and your workstation.

* Pro-actively dealing with maintenance and cleaning problems identified within the facility.

* Maintain a safe environment for all people using the facility.

* Report any accidents and record accordingly.

* Always maintain confidentiality concerning the residents and business of the Ballymore Properties Ltd and Personnel.

* To ensure all relevant correspondence is forwarded without delay to the FM.
