The Role – Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Lambeth. The Teaching Assistant role involves supporting pupils academically through a combination of 1:1 support and small-group work, helping children to access the curriculum and make progress in line with their individual needs.
The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers to support learning across the curriculum, assist with lesson delivery, and provide targeted interventions to reinforce key skills in literacy and numeracy. As a Teaching Assistant, you will help create a positive and engaging classroom environment, support pupils’ confidence and independence, and contribute to their overall academic development.
