SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary SEN Hub – Lambeth – September Start
Educo Recruitment is proud to be supporting a forward-thinking primary school in Lambeth in their search for a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist SEN hub from September on a long-term supply basis.
The school’s on-site SEN hub provides targeted support for pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, global developmental delay, and speech & language difficulties. The setting is well-resourced and led by a strong inclusion team who are passionate about delivering tailored support to help every child thrive.

About the Role:

* Full-time position in a specialist SEN provision within the school
 
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
 
* Working closely with therapists, SENCO and hub lead
 
* Helping pupils access learning through a highly personalised curriculum

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience working with children with complex needs or in a specialist setting
 
* A calm, consistent and nurturing approach
 
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
 
* A passion for inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
