Graduate Teaching Assistant

This is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about education and eager to gain valuable school-based experience - particularly for those considering a future career in teaching.

The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3 and KS4)
Provide one-to-one or small group interventions for students who need additional support
Assist teachers in preparing resources and managing classroom behaviour
Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment

Who We're Looking For:

A recent graduate (any subject considered, but strong preference for core subjects like English, Maths, and Science)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, resilient, and adaptable
Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, youth work) is desirable but not essential
A genuine interest in education and the ability to inspire and motivate secondary-aged pupils
