We are currently seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools with SEN provisions. This role is ideal for confident, committed TAs who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and can hit the ground running.

Essential Requirements (must have):

* Previous experience working in UK primary schools

* Proven experience working within an SEN environment (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs)

* Experience working directly with children (1:1 or small groups)

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (no exceptions)

* Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice

The Role:

* Supporting pupils with SEN within a dedicated SEN provision or mainstream classroom

* Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs

* Assisting with emotional regulation, engagement, and behaviour support

* Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

* Helping to create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
