You will start as a Pest Control Technician with 6‑12 months covering a specific geographical area, then choose future career path.

Key responsibilities include:

• Inspect premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
• Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offer valuable advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.

Future career paths after 12‑36 months:

• Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, Key Account Manager.

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/ BSc related subject, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• A desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
