Up to £80,000 per annum (company car or car allowance, 8% employer pension contribution)

Job Role:

The Senior Planner will assist with the management of the planning function on a major infrastructure project, providing an efficient and effective planning, scheduling, and project performance reporting service. The Senior Planner will work closely with construction, commercial, and client teams to ensure programmes are maintained, risks are mitigated, and the project is delivered on time or ahead of schedule.

Essential Skills, Experience, or

Qualifications:

Broad understanding and working knowledge of construction methods and outputs
Experience using a wide range of planning techniques across tendering and contract delivery
Strong understanding of commercial and contractual interfaces with the planning function
Competent use of industry planning software
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Project
Extensive experience within a civil engineering or HNC construction-related discipline
Additional Information

Programme risk analysis, visual planning material preparation, and compensation event programming
Liaison with client planners, package managers, and site teams
Production of internal and external programmes and detailed progress reporting
