About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my client’s team, covering a commercial site in Vauxhall. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, plumbing and water systems.
* Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, water temperature’s etc.
* Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building
* Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Level 2 equivalent or higher in a Mechanical Engineering related field – Mechanical, Heating, or Plumbing etc.
* Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
* Knowledge of commercial building systems
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
