Proven experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Procurement Operations, within consumer electronics or hardware manufacturing. An AI-driven sports technology business are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager on a full‑time, permanent basis in London.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus
Key responsibilities for the Supply Chain Manager will include and will not be limited to:
Manage the daily relationship with the Contract Manufacturer overseas, ensuring strong performance, quality, and output.
Lead annual and in year pricing negotiations, including contract discussions and cost modelling.
Source electrical and sub-components from global suppliers and support dual sourcing across key regions.
Plan and coordinate production schedules with manufacturing partners to ensure on‑time, high quality delivery.
Drive cost saving initiatives and continuous improvement across manufacturing and operations.
Own supply chain KPIs, budget tracking, supplier performance, and data driven reporting.
Support long term production strategy, including evaluating global supply options and manufacturing locations.
Provide operational input into product updates and future hardware development.
Key skills and experience required for the Supply Chain Manager job applicant will include and will not be limited to:
3+ years experience within Senior Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Procurement.
Experience in consumer electronics or hardware production.
Strong background in managing contract manufacturers and global supply partners.
Experience in cost modelling, supplier negotiation, and operational performance management.
Comfortable working in a busy scale‑up environment with the ability to operate across multiple work streams.
Strong analytical skills with experience owning KPIs, cost reviews, and budget variance reporting.
Proactive mindset, strong ability, and enjoys working within a small team.
