Senior Project Manager

A Senior Project Manager opportunity has arisen with a global construction consultancy based in South London, delivering major commercial, infrastructure and mixed-use schemes. This Senior Project Manager role sits within an established project management team working with blue-chip public and private sector clients.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex commissions and managing client relationships. The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. You must have previous construction consultancy experience as a Senior Project Manager to be considered for this role.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from strategic briefing through to completion, ensuring robust governance, programme control and risk management. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Acting as client lead across multiple project work streams

Managing NEC and JCT contracts from a client-side perspective

Overseeing programme controls, reporting and change management

Leading risk, issue and dependency management processes

Providing direction and mentoring to Project Managers and APMs

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within consultancy

Strong understanding of construction delivery and controls

Experience working with complex stakeholder environments

MRICS or MAPM qualified or working towards

Commercially astute and delivery-focused
