Cleaning Supervisor - 15 Hours per week - 49.6 weeks per year
£15.68 per hour + Local Government Pension + Uniform

We are seeking to appoint self-motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a team of cleaners at Oasis Academy Southbank. You will help supervise the work of the cleaning staff and allocate tasks accordingly. You will need to have supervisory experience and be able to oversee and undertake general cleaning duties.
Main duties and responsibility will include:
Supervise and support the cleaning team to ensure a safe, healthy and professional environmentEnsure high cleaning standards, performing consistent quality controlCompliance with Health and Safety, COSHH requirementsReport any relevant matters, dangers or injuries to the relevant personsBe the main point of contact between the Academy Team and National Environmental LeadEnsure short falls in team capacity are managed and issues reported to the National Environmental LeadKeep track and report sickness and absenceEnsure that orders for cleaning consumables are placed and any issues with stock is reported to the Site manager and National Environmental LeadAll Supervisors are required to contribute to cleaning tasks during the school's holiday period.Ensure the cleaning attend and complete essential Health and Safety courses or safeguarding courses as determined by the management of the schoolTo be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection and reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.Download job description for full list of duties and person specification.
