The Opportunity Rabanne | Selfridges London | Full Time | 37.5 Hours At Rabanne, fragrance is more than a product. It's a story, an experience, and a moment of personal connection. We're excited to be opening a new counter within Selfridges London and are looking for an inspiring Business Manager to lead the launch and bring our world of British fragrance to life.

As a Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind the counter's success, creating exceptional customer experiences, leading with passion, and building a loyal client base. You will champion the Penhaligon's brand, deliver commercial results, and inspire both customers and retail partners through unforgettable fragrance journeys.

We'd love to meet you if you have Previous experience as a Business Manager, Account Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Key Holder, or similar leadership role.

Experience with in the beauty, fragrance, skincare, or luxury retail industry.

A commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

A passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Natural storytelling ability and confidence in creating personalised fragrance journeys.

Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable managing changing priorities and business needs.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently whilst building strong relationships across store teams.

Professional, polished, and authentic, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction.
