About The Role

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and using data to enhance the student journey? - Join us as CRM Officer

EKC Group are seeking a proactive and organised CRM Officer to support and enhance the use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across the organisation.

As a CRM Officer you will support and enhance the use of our CRM system across EKC Group, maintaining our CRM as the 'source of truth' for our business and stakeholder relationships.

You will become a subject matter expert for the Group's CRM platform, providing day-to-day support and training to users, maintaining high standards of data quality, and helping to develop new ways of using the system to support organisational objectives. W orking closely with colleagues across multiple departments, identifying opportunities to improve processes, supporting the Business Insights Manager with system enhancements, and ensuring users receive timely and effective support.

You will play a key role in ensuring our CRM remains accurate, effective, and user-friendly, supporting colleagues across the Group to strengthen employer engagement and make informed decisions.

Salary: £30,388 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours per week: 37

About You

You will be a confident and organised individual with a strong interest in digital systems, data quality and user support. You will enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across different teams, helping them to use CRM effectively and identifying practical ways to improve processes. With excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, you will be comfortable maintaining accurate information, supporting system improvements and ensuring users receive a positive and responsive service.

This role will suit candidates that have experience of working with systems, but also in marketing or digital customer facing roles.
