Associate Dentist / Broadstairs, Kent / Full or Part Time

M  Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Broadstairs, Kent to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are considered.
• Full or part-time position - 2+ days per week.
• Surgery space Mon to Sat 9am-5pm.
• Practice can also offer optional 8am-2pm or 2-8pm sessions.
• Permanent Associate Dentist role (4-month notice period).

• Negotiable UDA target & rate.
• 50% split on Private work.

• Opportunity to offer Endodontics and Implants alongside General Dentistry.

• Typical earnings of £50,000-£180,000 per year - depending on days worked, performance levels and Private skillset.
• Dentist will receive monthly pay (no clawback).
