EKC Group is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning & Skills Coach to join our team at the Broadstairs campus. In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with curriculum delivery teams to provide tailored support that enables students to overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

Reporting to the Head of Inclusive Learning and Support, you will play a key role in fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment where every student feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to succeed. Through your support and guidance, you will help create an outstanding learning experience that reflects EKC Group's commitment to inclusion and student success.

You will be highly organised, creative and able to plan engaging and innovative sessions with demonstrated interpersonal skills. Assessing and tracking student progress, to further plan interventions, will be a vital part of the role, ensuring all students develop the skills they need to succeed. You will be passionate about making a difference to the future careers of our students, providing academic and pastoral support.

Vocational experience is essential.
