A leading construction recruitment firm is seeking a Building Services Manager to oversee MEP services for a hospital project in Broadstairs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in MEP contracting and be responsible for the coordination of Mechanical and Electrical services installations. A minimum HND qualification is required, along with a strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
This site-based role offers the opportunity to work as part of a specialized team within a tier 1 main contractor.
