All posts include generous annual leave, a 10 hour week, as well as access to the local government pension scheme.

We are looking for an experienced individual to support the Facilities cleaning team to provide a prompt, efficient cleaning service to our customers. Provide good quality office cleaning services within the Council and to work in and be part of a team with a flexible attitude. To clean floors using industrial machinery, and have experience with using cleaning chemicals and an awareness of COSHH.

You may be required to secure the site using the alarm codes and keys provided, and undertake such training as is deemed necessary.

To clean Thanet District Council Offices on a daily basis, this includes toilets, kitchens, staircases, office areas and public areas. Clean to a very high standard of the working environment for all offices and public areas in Council buildings.

To promote a clean and safe environment for all officers and members of the public in the Council Offices and depot sites.
