An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at Westwood Cross Shopping Centre, Thanet's premier shopping destination with over 50 brands and a vibrant working environment. We are looking for a proactive Cleaning Operative with a strong eye for detail who takes pride in maintaining a high‑quality, welcoming environment for all visitors.

In this primarily external role you will carry out a range of cleaning duties to an exceptional standard, helping to uphold the centre's appearance and meet all agreed SLAs. You will ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order. A full driving licence is essential, as the position requires operating ride‑on cleaning equipment.

You will build a solid understanding of your designated cleaning areas, including when tasks need to be completed and how to use all cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following Health & Safety requirements. You will complete all required training and work effectively both as part of a team and on your own initiative. Building positive relationships with customers and delivering excellent service will be key, along with a commitment to continually improving and exceeding expectations.
