Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant with a path to property valuation and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Company: TMS Estate Agents. An independent, family-run estate agency covering the whole of Thanet.

  • Sales Focus: The core of the role is sales, with an emphasis on property matching, viewings, and eventually, sales valuations. You'll need to demonstrate a successful sales background.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is critical.
  • Property Matching: Quickly identifying client needs and matching them to available properties.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Telephone: Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Face-to-face: Confidence for meetings, conducting viewings, and meeting vendors (existing and potential).
  • Communication: Clear and professional communication, face to face and via email, is essential
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work well in a team and independently when required.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: The role is target-driven, so the ability to work efficiently, under pressure is important.
  • Experience: Proven ability to work successfully in a sales environment.
  • Driving: Full driving license and access to a car.
  • Availability: Full-time position, working on a rota basis over five days between Monday and Sunday, typically including at least one weekend day per week.
