Company: TMS Estate Agents. An independent, family-run estate agency covering the whole of Thanet.
- Sales Focus: The core of the role is sales, with an emphasis on property matching, viewings, and eventually, sales valuations. You'll need to demonstrate a successful sales background.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is critical.
- Property Matching: Quickly identifying client needs and matching them to available properties.
- Client Interaction:
- Telephone: Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Face-to-face: Confidence for meetings, conducting viewings, and meeting vendors (existing and potential).
- Communication: Clear and professional communication, face to face and via email, is essential
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work well in a team and independently when required.
- Fast-Paced Environment: The role is target-driven, so the ability to work efficiently, under pressure is important.
- Experience: Proven ability to work successfully in a sales environment.
- Driving: Full driving license and access to a car.
- Availability: Full-time position, working on a rota basis over five days between Monday and Sunday, typically including at least one weekend day per week.
