The salary package on offer is £30,00 OTE.

Let’s talk about the Senior Sales Negotiator role. It involves:

Register clients, book and attend viewings and secure valuations along with Financial Services referrals.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers.
Conduct property viewings and providing detailed information to potential buyers.
Negotiate offers and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide accurate and timely feedback to clients.
Keep up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transactions.
Have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
