The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential sales, excellent local knowledge and a proven ability to win instructions, conduct valuations and negotiate sales through to completion. Conducting accurate market appraisals and valuations Winning new instructions and generating new business Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion Handling buyer and seller enquiries Arranging and conducting property viewings Maintaining regular communication with vendors and buyers Building and maintaining strong client relationships Providing expert advice on the local property market Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets Supporting the wider sales team Promoting and maintaining the company's excellent reputation What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Proven experience within residential estate agency Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator and/or Valuer Strong valuation and listing experience Proven track record of winning instructions Excellent negotiation and sales skills Strong knowledge of Broadstairs Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident and professional telephone manner Well-presented, motivated and ambitious Strong local property market knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence required Is this the role for you?
