An established and successful estate agency is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their team in the Broadstairs area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential sales, excellent local knowledge and a proven ability to win instructions, conduct valuations and negotiate sales through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer:

• Conducting accurate market appraisals and valuations
• Winning new instructions and generating new business
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Handling buyer and seller enquiries
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Maintaining regular communication with vendors and buyers
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing expert advice on the local property market
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets
• Supporting the wider sales team
• Promoting and maintaining the company's excellent reputation

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience within residential estate agency
• Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator and/or Valuer
• Strong valuation and listing experience
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills
• Strong knowledge of Broadstairs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Well-presented, motivated and ambitious
• Strong local property market knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence required
