Position OverviewAs a Lube Technician at Fuerst Automotive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles operate at their best. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services, providing impeccable attention to detail, and upholding the values that have made us a staple in our community. - Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various makes and models of vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Complete basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements to keep vehicles running smoothly.
- Complete comprehensive digital vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors to explain service recommendations and answer any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with and assist fellow technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely service completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated with automotive trends.
- Contribute to the positive and friendly atmosphere that defines our family-owned business.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in automotive maintenance.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
