We’re hiring a Recruiter / Talent Advisor to support higher-level healthcare recruiting — physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical leadership. You’ll learn a true professional sales skill set and get trained by industry experts with decades of experience.
This is a phone-driven, relationship-focused role where your effort directly drives your income.
Local candidates are highly preferred due to the hands‑on coaching and team collaboration involved.
Who This Is For
- Polished early‑career sales talent (1–5 years experience)

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to engage healthcare professionals
- Run screening conversations with physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical leaders
- Build long‑term candidate relationships and referral networks
- Drive daily activity through phone and Linked In outreach
- Attend select networking events and meetups
- Hit weekly activity metrics and revenue goals
- Work closely with senior recruiters for coaching and deal strategy
