Jefferson Wells is seeking a highly skilled Power BI Data Analyst to join our client’s team. This role is critical in delivering accurate, actionable insights and rebuilding trust with key stakeholders, including Sales, FP&A, and Commercial teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional customer service skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Build and optimize data models for accurate and efficient reporting.
• Write and troubleshoot DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, helping drive adoption and confidence in data-driven insights.

• 4+ years of experience in Power BI development and data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and DAX.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles.
• Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Humble and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity with complex data environments and validation processes.
