Position Overview

The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of resident care. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about mentoring staff, driving quality improvement, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents.

• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services and staff.
• Support the development and implementation of care plans to ensure quality resident outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and ongoing education to nursing staff.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and participate in audits, surveys, and inspections.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a culture of excellence and resident-centered care.
• Step into leadership duties in the absence of the Director of Nursing.

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio (required).
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
