Appointment Setter
Job Location:
Broadview Heights, OH. Corporate office of JFS Corporation d/b/a Anago of Cleveland.
Hours:
9am – 5pm, Monday‑Thursday; 9am – 4pm Friday.
- Making outbound calls to set appointments for outside reps.
- Tracking daily phone calls.
- Following up and answering return calls/emails.
- Call center and appointment‑setting experience required.
- Ability to listen, identify a need, and offer a solution to a potential customer.
- Prior experience making outbound calls.
- B2B appointment setting is a plus.
- Computer literate with data‑entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Comfortable making calls.
- Self‑motivated and a team player.
- Complete paid training.
- Health insurance, dental and vision benefits available.
