Job SummaryThe After Sales Support Representative will play a key role in supporting customers' success through the established onboarding process and results driven by selling service, maintenance and value-added solutions to customers and fleets. Ensuring a seamless transition into our service locations. This role focuses on being the liaison between the customer and internal teams, within this role you will also identify and sell service and maintenance opportunities to help drive customer retention and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly service targets.
- Record detailed and descriptive daily notes for each customer's interaction.
- Manage customer relationships post-sales to ensure satisfaction, repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date on OEM Warranty, Campaigns and Recalls. Notifying the customer in a timely manner of new notifications.
- Proactively identify and develop new service and maintenance opportunities with prospective customers.
- Present and upsell value-added services while promoting all areas of Ohio Peterbilt.
- On-board customers and their fleets within all assigned programs.
- Act as liaison between all parties, representing Ohio Peterpit in a professional manner.
- Participate in promotional events, not limited to trucking services, fleet exhibitions and other local community events to generate leads.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management, service coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive, trucking, or fleet maintenance industries.
- Strong computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High energy level and customer-focused problem solver.

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
