- Making outbound calls to set appointments for outside reps
- Tracking daily phone calls
- Follow up and answering return calls/emails
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits in order to perform the job:
- CALL CENTER AND OR APPOINTMENT SETTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
- Able to listen, identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer.
- Prior experience in making out-bound calls.
- B2B appointment setting a plus!
- Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Complete paid training
