As a Cement Mason for RAM Construction Services, you will assist in the revitalization and construction of surrounding areas. Your role involves performing a variety of tasks that aid in the completion and success of projects and in assisting team members. You must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The following duties and details represent a general description of the role.

• Perform waterproofing above and below grade, including air/vapor barrier, joint sealants and caulking, traffic coatings, and hot applied systems.
• Lift objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds.
• Assist other skilled trade workers (caulking, waterproofing, etc.) in their performance.
• Use hand tools and small power tools.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record (valid Chauffeur’s License preferred).

Travel: Some travel is required; the employee must be willing to travel to surrounding job sites. RAM will compensate a per diem for travel and overnight stays if applicable.

Technology: Some technology use may be required. If so, the employee will receive proper training on software and equipment.

Work Environment: Work may include seasonal temperatures, high spaces, small spaces, loud and frequent noises, standing/walking for up to 12 hours a day, indoor/outdoor settings, and areas close to traffic.

Following Instructions: Adhere to instructions from superintendents, project managers, and construction plans and blueprints.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area.

Safety Compliance: Follow all RAM health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
