Building Maintenance Technician

Job Description

A management company is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician. You will provide routine maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and other repairs to make apartment ready for occupancy. This is a Monday through Friday position working 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have prior building or hotel maintenance experience, must have a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs, must have own tools, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle, must be safety-conscious, and must be dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background, BMV check, and drug screen will be considered.
