SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative – Service Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer invoice inquiries via phone and email, maintain a high level of professionalism, and provide excellent communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform daily service billing through AEG’s ERP system.
- Review daily completed and started work orders with coordinators to ensure timely billing.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Identify and escalated invoicing issues to management as needed for investigation and resolution.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A positive, customer‑oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Salesforce FSM/CRM experience is a plus.
- Experience handling high call volumes in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with service billing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
